Nova - was Kiska's third calf at Marineland Ontario. The pool was too small so the calves were sent to the warehouse pool. When friendship cove was built Nova was reunited with her family During the summer the performing orca were moved to the King Waldorf Theatre tank. Nova and Neocia were chosen but being older and more dominant, Neocia bullied him mercilessly. His stay at the show pool was not long as he fell sick and stopped eating, whether that was due to the stress of being bullied no one will ever know. He died on August 20th 2001 from pneumonia As it was in the season the park hid his death for quite a few months. He was 4 years 8 months old.
