***LIKE CHILDREN***

7-25-2013---Matthew 18:3 --- "And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." (NIV) I love this verse because it has such meaning for me. There can be times in my life where I might forget this verse especially when JESUS says unless you CHANGE and become like children .When we become ADULTS we tend to bring everything that we grew up with in our environment and things that we were taught by our families, friends, and the world around us...I know that not everything that we were taught is NOT ALWAYS true,so I have to always try to learn and think just like a child who is eager to love and be loved.....THAT IS THE TOP TWO COMMANDMENTS..TO LOVE GOD WITH ALL OF OUR HEARTS OUR MINDS AND OUR SOULS AND TO LOVE OUR NEIGHBOR AS WE WOULD OUR SELVES.. THAT IS WHY I PUT MY PRIDE AND EGO A SIDE AND SAY IN A TIME THAT I MIGHT THINK I KNOW IT ALL, OR I FEEL THAT I AM RIGHT... AND SAY LISTEN TO THAT COMMANDMENT MARI ANN... BE LIKE A CHILD AND BE MORE EAGER TO LISTEN AND LEARN..DON'T HANG ON TO THE WAY THE WORLD THINKS!! THINK LIKE A CHILD LIKE JESUS WANTS......WITH LOVE MARI ANN
