Anakin plans to kill sith sidious by getting close enough to him to do it.. he risked all to save his wife Padme, the galaxy, republic, his child, his future, everything from that sith.. she asks him to Run away with her, to come away now.. but he says.. "Don't you see? We don't have to run anymore, I can destroy him Padme.." Only 20 years later after waiting for his son all that time (Lucas said).. does he get to destroy sith Sidious with his son.. finally believing in himself and in love again.
