As you might already read my husband is a true Beatles fanatic. When it comes to their solowork he likes the work of Paul McCartney. I am not saying that I do not like Paul's solowork but I prefer John Lennon's songs and music more. His songs are one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard...they all have a deeper meaning. John Lennon is my favorite "Beatle" so to speak because he really had something to say and he really tried (in his own manner) to make the world somehow a better place. Sometimes I have to make a John Blingee, especially when I see a great picture of him. When I found this picture of John with his sunglasses on..it was almost begging me "Make a Blingee, make a Blingee" (hope you do not think I am crazy now..LOL). I think this picture makes a great combination with the "arty" John Lennon eyes and glasses. Well that is my opinion. So sad that he was killed. We will never know what kind of music he would have make. I have no doubts that it would have been very inspiring. Thank you for your wonderful music and inspiration, John!

Mooi bling en mooie tekst. In mijn prepubertijd (o wat ben ik al oud :-() was ik een enorme beatlesfan. Het solowerk ben ik pas veel later gaan waarderen en dan heeft John ook mijn voorkeur met vooral zijn sociaal bewogen songs.
