Watercolor and Colored Pencil on Paper by Adam Rhine. "Pesach" means "Passover" in Hebrew. Pesach is the festival of the unleavened bread that commemorates the exodus of the Jewish nation from slavery in Egypt by the direct hand of God.
The dinner that begins the festival week is called a "Seder" at which several ceremonial foods are put upon the Seder plate, which this drawing depicts: Maror, Karpas, Charoses, Zeroah, and Baytzah, and Chazeres.
