Rules For Contest
1. You must follow the challenges topic so if it is your favorite Harry Potter character, you don't make a blingee of a dog (unless if it's Sirius Black :3). Which is pretty obvious and I don't think that has ever happened before so it shouldn't in this group.
2.You can only submit 1 blingee
3. Don't get jealous if someone else wins. Please don't do that. I want a drama free group (if you don't follow this rule you will be kicked out of this group.)
4. The winning blingee will be the group icon until the next contest winner :)
