part of the evee family and espeon's fraternal twin brother making him the eldest as well but he sure doesnt act the part he's stuborn arguementitve brat but resentlly he's been depresed because his girl friend broke up with him the ring he bought her is now on his finger -thrown at him in "the big fight" as his sisters call it and quit his job as manager of the siblings business (job went to espeon) and hides in his room age:18
