A SECRET CRIME WAVE IS SWEEPING THE U.S & COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD. PEOPLE ARE BEING GROUP STALKED (STALKING BY ORGANIZED GROUPS OF PEOPLE) AND COVERTLY TARGETED WITH DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS (DEW'S). THIS IS ALSO REFERRED TO AS ELECTRONIC HARRASSMENT & TORTURE. A SHORT LIST OF HEALTH PROBLEMS THESE WEAPON'S CAUSE ARE: migraine headaches, muscle cramps, cancer, heart attack, brain embolism, partial blindness, blurred & degeneration of vision, sleep deprivation, uncontrollable jerking of limbs, microwave burns, neurological damage, over whelming fatigue, ringing in ears, and uncontrolled sexual stimulation. The psychological toll of this human right's violation is also huge. Imagine being under surveillance & tortured where ever you go. Having a sabotaged reputation, family life destoryed, Some people commit suicide. The rate for suicide in Kentucky has increased. Bio-eletromagnetic Weapons: It blocks the normal processes of memory & thought by remote electronic means, while at the same time supplying false, distorted &/or unpleasant memories & suggestions by means of process called "synthetic telepathy". The equipment that produces snythetic telepathy is sometimes referred to as "Influence technology". While voice's & visions, daydreams, & nightmare's are the most astonishing manifestations of this weapon system, it is also capable of crippling the human subject by limiting her normal range of movement, causing acute pain, organ failure & even death.
