Timber wolves at midnight

Once there was a black timber wolf, running in the forest. He seemed to be running after something, but no one knew what it was. But finally, he grabbed something out of a bush. Nobody could tell what it was. It was a german sheperd pup!Then, the wolf heard something about his size: it came crashing through the bushes nearby! All the sudden, the mother german sheperd came thundering down on top of him, knocking him down with her powerful weight and paws. But, the wolf got back up. He bit her on the neck. She wasn't dead, but it struck her painfully. He dropped the pup and ran, sprinting to his family. His three pups started jumping on him and licking all over his face, desperate to know he was okay. His beloved mate came over, licked his muzzle, and he gave a desperate howl of fear that his family will be history. They all ran, at least a mile, and then a male german sheperd grabbed a wolf pup by the scruff. He almost killed it, but father wolf tackled him, snarling at him with feiry. He took back his pup, then grabbed a german sheperd pup, throwing it to the bushes of brambles. The male german sheperd howled, angry with the wolves, and his mate ran after her pup, who was tossed to the brambles, in which her mate followed. The german sheperds were never seen again, and the wolves had plenty of prey for themsleves. From then on, man called these wolves timber wolves, because after that night's victory, the wolves went back to their woodlands of timber.
