From Wikipedia: Katie Fitch (Megan Prescott) and Emily Fitch (Kathryn Prescott) are very different twin sisters. Popularity-seeker Katie wants to usurp Effy's place as queen bee and to dominate the life of her sister, whom she feels she is losing control over. Secretly insecure Katie thinks of herself as something of a WAG and proudly proclaims to have continuously had one boyfriend or another since her childhood. Her homophobia causes problems with her sister, who is coming to terms with her identity as a lesbian.
